We are a hard working family business that had a dream and we made it come true "(the American Dream'')by starting from the bottom working and studying hard in order to be able to give our clients exceptional service.

What makes us different from other companies? Our goal is to solve and prevent the issue from reoccurring. And we do so by teaching the customer efficient ways to how to maintain their unit and prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future.

We don’t want to make our customers feel like just a $.  We want them to feel comfortable and to trust that their unit is in good hands.

We will treat our customers with dignity, respect and with professionalism just like we would want to be treated.

Our motto is “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”  And we plan to do just that with our customers. How many times in a year do you go to your doctor and say “I am missing blood in my body, please give me 2 liters of blood” or how many times do you say “take out 2 Liters of blood because I have way too much?”  If you answered no to any of these questions above, then you would agree that your AC does not need extra Freon, nor does it need any taken out. If you see yourself in need of more Freon then that would only mean that your AC unit has a leak. Compare an AC unit to a human being, while I see myself as the doctor. As a doctor, I have to find a vein that is bursting out with blood and stop it from bleeding out. Then I have to put all the blood that was lost back into the body. But if you have high blood pressure in your system, that causes your compressor to overheat and firing the breaker, and finally are causing a high consumption of energy.  There are several companies that DO NOT know what they are doing or worse they simply DO NOT care about the harm they are causing to their customers.  Replacing the whole unit for the client without taking in consideration of the economic needs the person may have or simply not having the integrity and is taking advantage of the customers ignorance.  And when I see this, I say it with a lot of authority.  When I was in Iraq working as an A/C contractor on the military base, my wife back home had to contact some A/C companies to come fix our A/C. The company took a vantage of the fact that my wife did not know much about AC units and told her that her whole unit had to be replaced and charged her for it. When I knew it wasn’t necessary to replace it.  My function and my wish is to give you quality service and integrity. It is my goal of keeping you satisfied as a client for many years to come, including your friends and family members. And to also educate my customers about their A/C units.  The difference between us and other companies of high name brands is that they offer that the only solution to solving your problem is buying a whole new AC system.  We will give you different options so that way you choose which option is more convenient for you economically. Our first option would be to fix the unit see what component needs to be replaced before replacing the entire system.   But remember you should always take an account the age and the conditions of the unit.
